Ingredients125g butter option 1 option 2 MethodSelect Classic Convection function on your oven and set temperature to 180°C. Using your mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, add the egg and beat well before adding the flour, baking powder and salt – be sure to reduce the speed before adding the flour. Decide which biscuits you wish to make and combine ingredients well. Roll into small balls place onto a paper lined baking tray and press lightly with a fork, allow to bake for 18 minutes. |
